As is hopefully shown from the picture, (R107 and W113 Pagoda shown), the lift engages on the roof around the locking down points front and rear and is fully adjustable to get the correct tension. It comes with a 6-page photographic instruction manual, and also a lift/pulley system and tethering point. It is a lovely piece of German engineering to complement your prized possession..
